The stakes couldn't be higher at Spring Grove Area High School as the PIAA District III Class 3A Team Wrestling Championships move into the critical Semifinal round. In Match E, the top-seeded Gettysburg Warriors (19-1) face off against the determined Palmyra Cougars (18-2) for a guaranteed spot in the Championship match.
Gettysburg enters this clash after a commanding 57-14 victory in the quarterfinals. However, Palmyra is riding a wave of momentum following a razor-thin 30-29 upset victory that catapulted them into this semifinal showdown. The winner will advance to the Grand Final on Saturday, January 31, at Central York HS.
